The complex is situated only 5 minutes walk to 3kms of blue flag, uncrowded, clean beach and only 40 minutes from Almeria airport and has pretty, well maintained gardens and two lovely swimming pools with a seperate paddling pool for children. The properties predominently belong to Spanish but there is a mix of nationalities which gives the area a cosmopolitan feel.
The house is suitable for four adults or two adults and two children and has a roomy lounge / diner downstairs with TV and Sky, CDs/DVDs and player. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need for your stay including a large fridge freezer, microwave, hob, washing machine and all the small essentials like crockery and cutlery etc including picnic ware, cool bags etc
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning for those warm summer nights and bed linen is provided. The bathroom has a bath and shower, with towels but please bring your own towels for the beach/pool.
A downstairs terrace, and a roof terrace with outdoor furniture for relaxing in the shade or topping up your tan.
A travel cot and stair gates are also available if you should need them.
