I own a house in Elkridge off of route 1 and I have a nice spacious room available for rent. I am only ten to fifteen minutes away from major colleges like UMBC, CCBC and HCC. We are also convieniently located less than a mile away from a super fresh and many fast food restaurants. You will have your own bathroom and utilities are included. Of course the items in the pictures that are in the room have been removed... we haven't taken a recent picture in over a year but the fireplace is included and the carpet is brand new and has been changed from tan to a deep purple. I am a single mom living here with my three daughters and do ask that the new roomate be female. We are a non-smoking household but do accept smokers we just ask that you smoke outside. We also have two cats so if you have allergies you may want to rethink! My girls and I are living off of my income so i do ask that you supply your own food and paper products. I am looking for someone who is reliable and stable. Rent is going to be $150 per week.
