The kitchen is by the entrance, which has a security screen door aside from the original main door. The kitchen has loads of storage. The flooring of the kitchen is actually the same as in the bathroom, but we cut an area rug to fit. It is not attached to the floor and is easily removable. Both bedrooms are relatively large and can easily fit big bedroom furniture. Both bedrooms, in addition to the living area have cable installed and many electrical outlets. There is a ceiling fan in the living room, a small lanai and a storage closet outside. The steps are closer to the next door unit, so there is very little traffic outside of the front door.
