Community Weight Loss Challenge
Here you can lose weight and gain money!
Join this 12-week class on
Nutrition and Weight Loss
The sign-up fee is $39.
$25 will go into a pot to pay the top three “losers”!
This is a fun way to meet each other and support each other in a group setting!
$10 will be donated to prevent the children’s obesity epidemics, www.gofitkids.org.
$4 will be used for office supplies and refreshments.
You will receive:
