Local Michigan film maker, Jane Dabish has shot two features, this year.
“Crabby People” was shot Jan. 25th 2009 to Feb. 15th . It was carefully planned and shot in 18 days.
We plan to show it on Mon. Nov. 23rd 2009. at 7:00p.m Where: in the “Jenkins room”(3rd level) of the Livonia Civic Library. $7.00 for students $10.00 for adults. (Includes snacks and refreshments. For more information

Jane Dabish remarks; “It was a vision of mine when I walked into “Crazy Carls Movie house” and rented out a movie. Then 2 days later I started to write “Crabby People”.
Jane Dabishs film is out on DVD and it can be rented at “Crazy Carls movie house”; it’s located at 1340 South Commerece in Walled Lake Mi 48390. (Just in cast you miss the screening you have another shot watching it Nov.23) It was shot mostly in “Crazy Carls Movie House”, and now it’s on the shelves to be bought or rented.
Also “Out of Anger was shot June 12th to July 26th in 18 days.
And now is in Post. With both features we worked with a great cast and crew.
In about 4 years she shot five features and 2 are now being edited in post.

Kenyon Sprow will speak about how to light a film set? How to raise money for an indie film, or music video? His techniques will help you if you’re getting into the business.
If your into acting, modeling, music or dancing and you want pictures, you can attend at 5:00p.m for pictures done on the spot. $2.00 each, please try booking for this.
