Enabling cookies

Versions 7.x 
  • Click on the Tools popup-menu.
  • Click Internet Options
  • Click the Privacy tab
  • Click on the Sites button - another window opens.
  • Enter DomesticSale.com in the text field and then click Allow. DomesticSale.com will appear in the "Managed webistes" list below with a Setting of Allowed
  • Save changes by clicking Ok.
Versions 6.x 
  • Click Tools
  • Click Internet Options
  • Click the Privacy tab
  • Choose Accept all cookies
Versions 5.x 
  • Click Tools
  • Click Internet Options
  • Choose the Security tab
  • Click the Custom Level button
  • Scroll to the Cookies heading
  • Click Enable to allow cookies that are stored on your computer
  • Click OK
 
FireFox/Mozilla
  • Click on the Tools-menu.
  • Click on the Options... item in the menu - a new window opens
  • Click on the Privacy selection in the left part of the window.
  • Check the Accept cookies from sites checkbox.
  • Save changes by clicking Ok.
 
Netscape

  Communicator 4.x 
  • From the Edit menu, choose Preferences
  • Click Advanced
  • Click to select the box labeled Accept All Cookies
  • Click OK
Navigator 3.xx 
  • Go to the Options menu
  • Choose Network Preferences and go to the Protocols tab
  • Choose  Always Accept Cookies
Version 6.1
  • Click Edit on the Toolbar
  • Click Preferences
  • Click the Privacy and Security category; expand the list to show the subcategories
  • Click Cookies
  • Click Enable all cookies
Version 7.x
  • Click on the Edit-menu.
  • Click on the Preferences... item in the menu - a new window opens
  • Expand the Privacy & Security selection in the left part of the window.
  • Click on the Cookies selection.
  • Under Cookie Acceptance Policy - either check the Enable all cookies checkbox or Allow cookies based on policy settings.
  • If Allow cookies based on policy settings is selected, click on View and ensure that the level is at low or medium.
  • Save changes by clicking Ok.
 
AOL

AOL 9.0
  • From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
  • Select Internet [Web] Options
  • Select Use your Internet Explorer Settings to set advanced browser options.
  • Select the Privacy tab
  • Select Advanced
  • Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
  • Click OK to exit.
AOL 8.0
  • From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
  • Select Preferences
  • Select Internet Properties (WWW)
  • Select the Privacy tab
  • Select Advanced
  • Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
  • Click OK to exit.
AOL 7.0 with IE 6.x
  • From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
  • Select Preferences
  • Select Internet Properties (WWW)
  • Select the Privacy tab
  • Select Advanced
  • Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
  • Click OK to exit.

  • From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
  • Select Preferences
  • Select Internet Properties (WWW)
  • Select the Security tab
  • Select the Custom Level tab

  • Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" click "Enable"

Opera
  • Click on the Tools-menu.

  • Click on the Privacy selection near the bottom left of the window.
  • The Enable cookies checkbox must be checked, and Accept all cookies should be selected in the "Normal coookies" drop-down.
  • Save changes by clicking Ok.
