We are in the process of making upgrades to the house. Nothing noisy, we are making improvements a little at a time. Our vision is an Eco-friendly home. This great house has a full kitchen, mini kitchen and several common areas. We are looking for roommates who are mature, friendly, will respect others privacy, clean and quiet and willing to abide by the house rules.
The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in a country like setting. The house is in the Sunrise area, near lots of shopping. You share all of the appliances. Including washer and dryer. Utilities are shared(gas, water, garbage, etc) Deposit is $450
