I am currently looking to rent out a room in my 2 bedroom house. It is located near the medical center and 288. There is only one bathroom which would be shared with me. I am a quiet, clean, professional female, age 28. I smoke and drink occasionally. The gas bill would be required to be in your name, pay half the rent which is $250 for your half, plus half the utilities (electricity, water, cable/internet). I have Wi-Fi, digital cable, a large front and back yard, washer and dryer, and a storage room.
I am looking for a female roommate with reliable and steady income who is fairly quiet, honest, trustworthy, responsible, and drama-free. I do not allow over-night guests, duplicating any house keys, parking on the lawn, and unruly/disrespectful behavior.
