I am selling a running 55G Reef Tank. I can sell it as a whole or break apart and sell things individually.
I prefer to sell as a whole (so is huge discount will be applied if you take it as a whole).
If you need individual parts, I need to sell them in sequence and need to get all buyers in line.

Here is a break down of the price:

55G Tank one year old, $75 (retail $150).
AquaC Remora Pro Protein Skimmer with Magdrive Pump. $150 (Retail $230) (Free custom made bubble trap)
Hang-on Refugium with built-in skimmer for up to 75G aquarium $90 (Retail $200) (Free 20 lbs Eco System Miracle Mud in the refugium is which is valued at $200)
The refugium has a very small (possible) crack line but does not leak or affect usage.
Tunze Stream pump for circulation $65 (Retail $150)
approx. 60lbs live rock(already with pink color!) (estimate amount, please see the tank in person to determine yourself). 60*$4=$240 (pet store charges such rock 60*$7=$420)
approx. 75lbs live sand(estimate amount, same terms as live rock). $1 per lbs.
Sunpod 48" 2x150w Metal Halide Fixture with LED night lights, 6-month old. $399 (Retail $699)
Custom Sealife 36" POWER COMPACT LIGHTING (96W white, 96W blue, new bulb). $125 (Retail $250)

Tank is in running condition. So everything is supposed to be working.
Lots of coralline algae are in the tank already. Tank is very stable now.
It takes a year for a new tank to get into such stable condition.

The following fishes are for sale seperately:
One Big golden rim crown and one small white stripped clown $50 (they share the same anenome)
One flame hawkfish is not for sale.

Price with package (all items will be sold to package buyer with priority):
Base Package:
Tank + live rock + live sand + tunze circulation pump + corals in tank + refugium + yellow tang = $400
( If you pay retail, it is $1500+)
All you need to run the tank is the lighting.

If you want a piece, then I have to sell by the sequence:
coral/fish=>live rock/sand =>tank and other equipment.

Everything is sold as it is and sales are final. To my best knowledge, everything is in working condition at the time of posting.
