Beverage manufacturer is expanding and currently seeking distributors for a new line of healthy energy drinks in OR, AK, ID, and WA. We are interested in both existing distributors who would like to add to their product line, and people who would like to start their own distributorship.

Areas can be for all four states mentioned; for a single state; for an established territory for existing distributors; or territories established for new distributors. All territories established will be exclusive to the distributor selected.

You will have the ability to establish your own generous commission rates based upon your sales price to retail outlets and cost of goods sold to you by the manufacturer. Distributors will be operating as an independent agent and paid strictly on a commission basis, plus any future applicable bonuses established by the manufacturer.

Please provide the following information:

1. Existing Distributors
a. Territory covered, listed by counties, unless a whole state is covered.
b. Years in business.
c. Number of active accounts.
d. Contact information.
e. Why you would be interested in adding another product line.
f. If existing territory is outside the four states mentioned, that is acceptable. Please provide other states covered, whether all of the states, or in which counties that you have accounts.
g. Ability to serve as a sales force in addition to being a distributor for the manufacturer. (Manufacturer has taken this into account and priced the products to provide for a very attractive profit margin.)

2. People Interested in Establishing a Distributorship
a. Resume, and list territory by state or by counties in each state that you’d like.
b. Ability to handle pallets of products (We can discuss)
c. Must be outgoing with positive and friendly attitude.
d. Must have people skills and willingness to work with retailers and Pacific Northwest Regional Manager.
e. Ability to do sales, or recruit a sales force. (Manufacturer has priced the products in order to allow a distributor to generate very attractive profit margins.)
f. Currently, there is no training provided. However, a training manual to assist new distributors is being developed. (Regional Manager will assist when time allows, make suggestions, answer questions, etc.)
