GPASI meets monthly at the Phipps Garden Center, in Mellon Park, on the corner of 5th and Shady Avenues.

GPASI is a non-profit organization -- purpose is to promote the keeping and breeding of tropical fish, propagation of aquatic plants, to recognize and motivate achievement in the hobby, encourage research, to share knowledge, techniques, recognize achievements of individuals through awards, and disseminate information through a newsletter Finformation and through the general meetings.
