I am in the military and have a wife, two kids ages one and two, and two cats and one dog so we do not anymore pets in household from any tenants so please don't inquire about it.We really mean "NO PETS" please.Also we all would be using the same common areas. We will have cable throughout the common areas wireless internet throughout the house. You would have to buy your own food. We have a deep freezer on top of the usual fridge/freezer so if you buy alot of frozen groceries that would not be a problem. The location of Garr's Lakehouse Retreat is right off of Belton Stillhouse Hollow Lake with a great view of the marina and we own all the land to the Core of Eng. property very private. It only takes few minutes to walk to the lake from our back yard. We have plenty of parking so that is not an issue either. It is a great place because it's away from the traffic and the military, but still not to far to drive. We have kids and would like someone who doesn't mind them, They are ages 1 and 2.
