$30,500.00

For more pictures of this bus please go to http://www.embmx.com/unitedpropertymanagement.html

*Update - Winter is near and I was told the best chance of selling this bus will be to drop the price or advertise down south, I am doing both. I will still go lower than the price listed above. One almost as nice as this on just sold for 44,000 dollars in Florida, I have this listed at $30,500 and I will consider any offer! I may consider trades also as long as around 10,000 dollars of the price comes from cash. I think it is a great vehicle, much much better than a normal RV. I really don't have a place to properly store the Prevost this winter, this means several things:

1. I can't plug it in to keep the compartments heated, everything will freeze as the bus is in Illinois.
2. I will have to pay someone to winterize the bus, if not sold very soon.
3. It could be vandalized, generator could get stolen, any number of things.
4. The fuel will need to be treated.
5. The batteries will suffer damage or need to be removed since I can't put a maintenance charger on them, or we will have to start and idle the bus every week.

This 40' Prevost Lemirage has been converted into a RV and is titled in Illinois as a 2004 Prevost Custom RV. The Prevost holds a 100 gallons of fresh water, 50 gallons for gray and 50 gallons of black water. The Prevost has a Diesel 8v71 that was rebuilt 7000 miles ago, 5 speed manual transmission, air ride and air brakes. The Prevost has a 7500k diesel generator with less than 500 hours on it that runs off of the main fuel tank and it is very quiet. The Prevost does match up with RV parks and does hook up to the 50 amp service. The Prevost has 2 roof top air conditioners with heat pumps. The Prevost has a nice kitchen, large bathroom with a actual vanity and large shower. The Prevost has a queen bedroom in the very back of the bus. The Prevost has plenty of storage under the coach. If you are considering purchasing a RV you really should take a close look at Bus conversions instead. They are made to travel and are built on real heavy duty chassis. This Prevost gets lots of attention at races and other events. You may have seen it at the Indy 500 or the Allstate 400. The Prevost is really setup very nice and rides better than a escalade. The owner is willing to take offers on this, and he does not want to put this in storage again, he simply does not get to use it enough. Any questions please email him at prevost@mchsi.com or call (847) 871-0442 ext 109. Extension 109 is not listed so you can enter it as soon as the system picks up. Thanks!
