We have for sale a Broyhill couch, chair and loveseat. prefer to sell all together. the furniture is in good condition, but the outer fabric is torn in some places. not hard to fix. these would be beautiful pieces to have reupholstered or to reupholster yourself. however the furniture still looks nice the way it is. comes from a non-smoking home.
