I bought this dog 2 weeks ago from a dog breeder in Hickory Corners in Michigan. She said there is nothing wrong with Prissy and she is very friendly and loving, Well I trusted her since she is a breeder of quality Yorkies and other dogs and she said this was her pregnant daughters dog. 4 hours after we got home I called her because the dog is deaf. I had told her I was going to breed her with my Maltese. She did not answer the phone but I left messages and she emailed me back the next day and said no money back , you bought her as is and to resell her. The dog is totally deaf and I had paid 695 from a person who did not tell me this. So I have her for sale for 695. She has the red ribbon
