I built this studio specifically to be a place where bands could feel comfortable and relaxed as though they were at home. That's why it's in a residential house, and not in a business space. Yes, I am flexible on price, But I also don't charge an arm and a leg.
I own the house my studio is in, and all of my equipment is paid for. In other words, I'm not charging you to pay my business lease or loans. You're only paying for my time and the expertise I've gained from mixing thousands of bands. So here's a general price range to give you an idea of what you might be spending on studio time:
Studio time (Recording): $40 per hr (Mixing): $25.00 per song (Block Time) Available
Music Production (Tracks): $100-200 per track (Custom Tracks can also be made.Prices Negotiable)

Certified in- propellerheads Reason 4.0, Digidesign Pro Tools 8.0, Sony Sound Forge 9.0 and more software programs.
