The psychiatrist will be responsible for the treatment of all within his/her treatment team, Supervises treatment planning and clinical staff within the treatment team structure conduct other supervisory training, and clinical functions as defined by the needs of the clinic conduct psychiatric evaluations, medications monitoring and prescribe medication, supervise the clinical psychologist and clinical social worker directly. Responsabilities: * prescribe treatment to patients. *responsible for assessment and intake of new clients/patients as required and needed depending on caseload.Responsible for reporting emergencies or any other incidents that might place the client/patient & or the Corporation at risk. * will be "on-call" 24 hours for emergencies & serve as immediate supervisor on a rotating basis. *attend weekly supervision, staff training &other meetings/gatherings as required. *will abide by corporate standards of professional ethnics. *performs other related duties that are deemed necessary to serve the clients/patients appropriately
*Qualifications: Shall posses an MD or DO degree from an acreddited school of medicine or osteopathy in US or will have an MD., from a foreign school of medicine & have passed the ECFMG exam; have completed an internship from accredited graduate medical program recognized by the AMA, LCME or AOA; have a valid and current PA medical license for the practice of adult psychiatry; have completed a psychiatric residency, accredited by the American Bkard of Psychiatry and Neurology, provide a listing, upon request, of the location, inclusive dates and reasons fortermination of any and all health care settings where clinical privileges have been granted, have a valid and current DEA certificate number.
