We have a 3 bedroom, single-family home in Baltimore City off of Liberty Road. Nice, friendly, older neighbors. There are no pets or children in the home. You will have to share the bathroom upstairs and there is a ½ bathroom off the kitchen. The new rommie will have full access to the house (kitchen, bathroom, and living area) and the room is partially furnished with a TV and dresser that you are welcome to use. The basement is the size of an average bedroom with no closet, but it is more private. Parking is on the street (either in front or on the side of the house). There is also a large backyard. The mall, shopping centers, subway (Rogers Avenue), and things of that nature are all within 15 minutes of the house (driving) and you can walk to the subway in about 15 minutes give or take.

We are laid back, drug-free, friendly, clean, and drama-free. We have very little company and expect the same. We are extremely respectful of one another and others and we expect that you value your word and RESPECT more than anything. While we are opening our doors to this opportunity, there are characteristics that we expect which includes RESPECT, you being drug-free, open minded, mature, and understanding. We have ZERO tolerance for disrespectful behavior and drama.
