you get A grass cutting will consist of the following:

a. Within reason, remove paper debris from lawn areas.

b. Mow all lawn areas of property including easements.

c. Lawn areas not accessible by mowers will be cut by using a string trimmer.

d. Edging of concrete sidewalks will be performed every second cut.

e. Blow off, as best as possible, patios, porches, driveways, carports, flower beds, curbs and sidewalks free of lawn clippings.

f. Blow all lawn clippings onto lawn area.
