Loving red nose pit and german shepherd mix. His name is Charlie, he also goes by "carlie" or "bud". He loves the out doors but is completely satisfied with cuddling up on the couch with you. when he was younger he was never socialized so "strangers" are very scary for him, which in return, makes a good protector/guard dog! He can be slowly socialized with your closest friends and family and will be the most lovable non aggressive dog. If you have other pets (cats/dogs) he as well can be slowly socialized and will love them as much as he will love you!
I'm a single person who rents that has 2 cats and another dog (7yrs old) and have been struggling with all of us. He is a piece of my heart so it kills me that I have to get ride of him but it will be the best for him! He needs someone who will be able to spend more time with him and return all his love! He is ideal for a single female for companionship and protection! I don't know how he is around kids since I don't have any.
He is kennel trained while your away.. I've never tried keeping him out since he was a pup. He also knows he is not allowed on the bed.. if you wish, he will only get up if he is asked and usually in the middle of the night he will find his way back on the floor. He loves to play fetch and nothing around him will matter while doing so! He also loves going for walks and is a perfect gentleman on a leash! He is also potty trained! I don't know if he will let you know if he has to go only because my other dog has blatter issues and needs to go every 2 hours but charlie always holds it even if I don't take him out with my other dog!
