Our travel trailer is located in Banko's Campground (10 mile out of New Bethlehem, PA). This trailer is self-comtained and includes: 8x20 covered wood deck (outdoor lumber), refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and full bathroom with shower/tub. The large table folds down into queensized bed with a double bed sized bunk above it. The kitchen area has a large cupboard and lots of overhead cupboards for lots of storage. The bedroom has 2 twin beds with bunks above them for a total of 8 sleeping spaces. The bathroom has a large closet plus other storage.
We are asking $3500; but will consider offers as we would like to sell it before winter and the next camping season. We have purchased a camp and find we do not have the time to spend in both locations. We are located about 40 minutes from the Cooks Forest area.
This camper can be moved if desired; but if leaving in the campground the lot rent is only $450 per year including electric, water, and sewage.
