Many people have boxes of photographs and photo albums taking up valuable storage space. You can have all of these transferred to dvd. Photos yellow with age and this can be corrected also! It is difficult to sit down with a group of people and share a photo album, but by placing the dvd in the player everyone can relax while enjoying the show! ....................­. The process includes scanning each photograph. Once scanned the image will be enhanced to bring back original color and brighten dark and faded photos. I can do this with black and white photos as well as color. It always amazes me how wonderful the images look when brought back to life! Photos with borders or frayed edges will be cropped so that the entire picture fits in the frame. When complete you will have an entire album on disc..... As a hobby, I have created many "memory discs" for graduations, retirements, anniversaries, and other occasions and I am constantly queried as to why I do not do this as a business. The funny part is I actually enjoy this hobby so it isn't really like work at all and I was brought up to believe that work actually meant working and not having a good time. I would like to see if there is a market for this type of service before I make any major investments in advertising. The individuals and families I have done this for in the past are extremely grateful and satisfied. Many of the people I have done this for throw the dvd in a player and let it play out during anniversary parties and other occasions. The guests love it and everyone gets a kick out of seeing sister Sally with those old cat eye glasses in 5th grade and brother Billy with his cowboy pajamas and unkempt hair on Christmas morning! You could get together all your Christmas Albums of the kids and going in chronological order have them transferred. It would make a great Christmas present. I completed one dvd of vacation memories for a woman now in her 80's! We recorded all of her and her husbands vacations since they were married in a single dvd. Another example, I did my nieces graduation party and played a dvd during the event covering from the time she was born until this very special day, recording birthdays, friends throughout the years, family, etc. The first time I created a dvd was for a 60th wedding anniversary and we actually had to stop the presentation for a short time. Funny thing was all eyes were on the show being played that the food was not being consumed and no one was dancing! True story!..............­........... I am setting the price at $65 per 300 photographs. Your photos will be treated with ultimate care and respect. In return you will receive one completed dvd. If you would like extra dvd's for family and friends I can provide these for $5 each. Family home movies stored on VHS tapes can also be transferred to DVD. $10 each when doing three or more transfers...........­.................­
I can pick up your photos, you may deliver them, we can meet in a public place or they can be placed in the mail! It is that easy. Just include a note for which order you would like the photos or albums put in and the rest is up to me. Turn around time is fast and depending on the amount of photos or if I am out of town they should never take longer than a few days to a week to complete.
