My name is John Willette and I am offering a service to ease the problems that were just mentioned. For $50.00/month US I will take pictures of the exterior of your property front, sides and back on a two week regular basis. I will email these pictures to the email account of your choice.
For 75.00/month, a key, and a signed consent form, I will take pictures of the exterior of your property front, sides, and back on a two week regular basis and I will check the interior of your home for the following:
Check all areas for leaks in plumbing and roof
Check for water damage
Check for mold
Look for signs of insects or insect damage
Look for signs of animals
Check for signs of forced entry
Check for signs of intruders
Check damaged interior and exterior
I will also provide pictures of the interior so you can tell everything is in order in your winter home. I will provide a report of what was checked and what was observed.
