Please help me find an adorable teacup/tiny puppy for my one year anniversary on October 23. Price range is under $499. Can be any breed but Chihuahuas. It must be a female and get along with other dogs. Will not have to worry about young children. Must be under 10 lbs when full grown. The puppy should not shed. It may be any color but black.
