| We are a middle aged couple, laid back, 420 friendly but nothing harder!! We drink maybe once or twice a year. We do not "party". We have a very laid back, quiet, young web designer who has been with us for over a year now. We pretty much keep to ourselves, we are friendly to each other but don't plan dinners together.
What we have to offer is an unfurnished, top floor of a small three bedroom house, located on a quiet back street in Whitehall. Included in the rent is: Basic Cable, High Speed Internet, Washer/Dryer and all Utilities. We all have to share one bathroom but it is not too bad as we are all on different work schedules. Off street parking and five (5) minutes from the Main bus line. 24/hr Security (Our German Shepherd "Cody Bear".
You must be employed or with the right person (to be determined by us after meeting) a guaranteed source of income. You must not be a BOOZER and NO HARDCORE drugs. (We have had problems with both) $400/month or $100/week. We would like some sort of security deposit, either one (1 months rent, or two (2) weeks rent.
