My name is Michael Gardner and I am here to fix your XBOX 360. I DO NOT DO MODS FOR MY OWN PERSONAL REASONS. The most common problem that occurs with XBOX 360’s is the 3 RROD (Red Rings of Death), and this can be fixed or your money back. I do not use a towel trick and please never use the towel trick, because you will do far more damage than you can imagine. I do have a flat rate for the 3 Red Rings of Death which includes all parts to fix (in which 94% of the RROD issue are fixable and 6% are not), which is $40 which also includes pick up and drop off in Rockford, Loves Park and Machesney Park areas and if you are outside of these areas I would charge a small fee depending on your location. All other repairs are a flat rate of $40.00 labor plus any parts if necessary. I do warranty my work for 90 days. You are more than welcome to bring it to me, and I will be up front that I do work out of my home and rest assured it is not in the garage, it is in my professional repair rooms which are temperature and humidity control and static free. If by some chance your system is one of those that just cannot be fixed then you will receive your money back. All work is documented on a work order that will include the serial number of your console and also my information as well as my signature that I received it in for service on that date. All costs are to be paid up front and checks or credit cards are not accepted.
