My name is Michael Gardner and I am here to help you and/or your business. Weather it is hardware or software, building or upgrading, repair or rejuvenation, I can do it. I have been working with computer hardware and software for over 20 years now and there is no job is too small, too big, too simple or too complex for me and I will give you honest and reliable answers and solutions for your needs. Free Pick-up and Drop-off service is available in the Rockford, Loves Park and Machesney Park areas if you need it. If you are outside of these areas I can offer Pick-up and Drop-off service for a minimal fee which depends on your location. I am located in Rockford and I do work out of my family home.

All computers that are taken in for service are given a work order slip that you will have a copy and I will, and it will contain the serial number(s) of the hardware taken in for service, and when the service is complete we will both verify that everything has been given back to you and that the serial numbers match. All work is given a 90 day warranty.
Turnaround time for must work is 24-48 hours. Payment is due at the time of service and no work will be done until payment is made, and there are no exceptions to this policy. I do not accept checks for the problems and cost that I have incurred with bad checks being written to me. I think this is all straightforward and that is how I am.

Pricing:

Full System Cleanup & Rejuvenation – Both Desktops & Laptops (Includes Cleaning the Components Inside of you computer as well as a cleanup/rejuvenation­ of your Hard Drive and Operating System with all software & driver updates) Cost = $50.00

Hardware Installation - (Video Cards, Sound Cards, Motherboards, CPU’s, Hard Drives, CD/DVD/Blu-Ray Drives, Memory, Power Supply, etc) $20.00 and up + cost of parts. Installs such as Memory, Video Cards, Sound Cards and Power Supplies may be able to be done on-site at your home or business.

Software Installation – Anything other than Operating Systems (Which includes any updates necessary and cost is per license and if you need me to find the best price for what you are looking for and purchase it, I would be more than happy to.) = $20 each, plus cost of software, if you do not already have it and I will in no way install bootlegged, imported, burned or any illegal software under any circumstances.

Install or Reinstall Windows = $50.00 each license - including all previous and current service packs and all updates that are needed for your system and hardware - this does not include the Microsoft Windows Operating System. You must either purchase it or have a valid registration key. Absolutely no bootlegged, imported, burned or any type of illegal software or keys under any circumstances. If you need me to find you the best price and get it for you, I would be more than happy to do that for you and/or your company.

Virus Removal -$40.00 – If you need trusted software to protect your computer, and then I can install and set it up for just the cost of the software and no additional labor charges.

Format Hard Drive only = $15.00

Custom System Build = $125.00

There are three services that I do not work on because of my own personal preference, which are, LCD screen replacements, DC Jack repair/replacement­ and Windows password removal.
