I have lived in AZ most of my life and have spent the majority of that time in Tempe. I work evening at University of Phoenix in Tech support. The other person living in the house is also male and is 21 years old. We moderate party people. Friends over on the weekend, party for celebration of something, and respect work nights.

The house is located on the NW corner of Baseline and McClintock in Tempe, about 4 miles or 10 min drive from ASU.
$450 per Month all utilities included.

The room is furnished with a Queen Size bed, small dresser, and closet space. You would have to share a bathroom. You have shared access to Wireless Cable Internet, in house washer and dryer, Cable TV, and a community pool nearby. There is also parking and storage space.
