We have been in business for more than 16 years and still do lots of office typing of letters, Surgeon’s office letters, SOAP notes, Radiology (MRI, PET/CT, extensive experience in radiology), and even facial aesthetic practice notes (Botox, etc). I have a dial-in dictation system at your disposal, or the preferred, newer method is a digital hand-held recorder which lots of docs have now and dictations can be e-mailed to me encrypted and back to you the same (HIPAA compliant), only requiring a password to open files, and printed at your office.
We can scan your letterhead into a word document and “print” your letterhead on regular paper, stop wasting your letterhead for referral letters, etc.
