Through the promotion of special events individuals will have the opportunity to start with an on-the-job training position, and work your way up through utilization of company meetings and/or outreach. Building Cliental and Marketing are objectives. Reports to Team Coordinator. F/T Available
Responsibilities *Lead and manage ALL activities related to expansion and growth; to include, but not limited to sponsorships, participation, marketing & awareness, committee management.
*Manage hiring, training, and recognition of new Team Trainers. Work with Team Coordinator to provide continual training and retention.
*MUST have skills that enable you to recognize, evaluate, and establish leaders within your team
*Manage some parts of special events and campaigns; such as promotion, set-up and tear down. No person is too small or too big to help out!
*Provide support to and participate in related Board activities and other event committees as necessary.
*Must supersede the average in the area of relationship management, thank-you’s, follow up and appropriate recognition, in coordination with Development.
* Support other team and program activities as assigned.
*Participate in activities outside normal working hours. May require weekend or evening time.
Qualifications *Must have some experience/education in business *Ability to see vision of company *Minimum of 6 months experience in public relations, marketing or organization development or sales. *Ability to engage and inspire activity within team * Professional appearance, attitude, and reliability are necessary at all times; missed appointments and/or no shows will NOT be tolerated *Must posses excellent verbal communication skills *Must possess strong organizational skills including administrative capabilities *Ability to work in fast-paced environment managing many varied tasks *Willingness to pitch-in and fill needs of team including providing direct service to clients and partners
