Weight Loss Solution has come to (lakewood co)!

Participants have started to join a Weight Loss Challenge Inspired by the popular TV fitness reality show “The Biggest Loser!”
 
I am lounching a 12 week Weight Loss Challenge that offers a quick, easy weight loss solution and long term weight loss success including information on nutrition and exercise. No specific program is required; participants can be on Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Herbalife, or a customized plan of their own. Recommendations will be available from the wellness coaches.

Personal Health & Wellness Coaches are using this format to educate the community about a better healthy, active lifestyle and to help fight the obesity epidemic in a fun environment. (name and address). You can call to register at (720-379-3475).

The objective is for people to feel good about themselves, achieve their weight loss goals and have fun! The 12 week course gives people accountability. Together everyone WINS!   Due to overwhelming response, registration has been extended.  

There is a one time fee of $29.00 of which a porshen goes into the pot to be shared by the 3 biggest losers.  During the 12 weeks, materials will be supplied and prizes will be awarded.

Participants will weigh in each week and be measured in the beginning and at the end of the challenge.  The top 3 losers based on percentage of body weight lost will share the pot! In addition there will be a prize for the person who loses the most inches. The more participants, the bigger the pot!

Participants will get a FREE body analysis, learn how to shop, portion control, dining out tips, exercise and MORE!  East participant will have their own Personal Wellness Coach.

Recently, one challenge in New England had a total of 154.8 lbs lost and the #1 prize was $300 for losing 36.8 lbs. Weight Loss Challenges have been featured across the country on CBS news.
