Hello I have a few things to sell. Im looking to get a sectional so I selling the furniture I wont need to get it. Everything will have to be picked up. I dont drive so I cant deliver. Everything will also have to be moved down 3 flights of stairs. I cant help too much because I am pregnant. I will be available all day today for people to come look this stuff.

Item# 1: $80- Black Marble Dinning room table w/ 4 chairs

Nice black marble dining table with white swirls in it. It seats four people. Fairly new. In good shape. sturdy. It will come with four black chairs w/ padded seats.
One of the chairs has a loose pad on the seat. But nothing that cant be fixed with a few screws. I use this table everyday. Is a great table. Its just too big for my apartment and I got a pub so now i need this out ASAP. You will need to bring a truck and muscle. I am pregnant so i can only help you so much bring it down the stairs.

Item#2: $80 - Futon

Very Comfy Futon. Black metal frame. with a thick 8 in mattress. The mattress in in good shape. some very tiny stains from when my son spilled fa breeze on it. . You really see it. I flipped it over and you would never know they were there. I'm trying to get a sectional so I no longer want this . Its is a very deep relaxing color and would great in a therapy office or meditation room. I had it in a room with maroon and black and deep colors with a fish tank and some green and maroon flower. It really brought life to the room. Its not too heavy. Mattress is a bit heavy, You will need help. I'm pregnant so I cant help much. Cash only(100 or Best Offer) Would like it gone asap.

Item#3: $50 Firm ( Black Fake/Pleather Chair)

Nice black Pleather chair. Only 1 person can sit at a time. It has a few tiny cat scratches on left arm of chair. Very comfortable. This Chair was my favorite to sit in. Its nice and goes with just about anything. Im asking 50 for it. Would be great in a game room or mans rec room. contact me by email or By phone(number is above)

The marks on chair in picture are creases in the chair not scratches. Scratches are very minor and on left arm of chair.
