(1) We inspect the carpet with you to give you an idea about the condition of your carpet.
(2) We will place furniture and wall guards around your furniture and walls to protect them from our equipment. (many companies don't use them)
(3) We will vacuum the carpet (many companies charge extra) we include this in our full service cleaning at no extra charge.
(4) We pre-spray using a family and pet friendly chemical to help loosen the ground in dirt and assist in removing stains.
(5) We then brush in the pre-spray to assist in covering all the fibers of the carpet. (our cleaning chemicals and methods do not void manufactures warranties).
(6) After allowing the pre-spray to work we then use a combination of an extractor liquid, high heat water pressure and a powerful vacuum to remove the dirt and stains from the carpet.
(7) We will place all furniture previously moved by us on top of furniture protection pads and place furniture back in it's original position.
(8) We will then groom the carpet to help in speeding up the drying time and to give the carpet a soft feel and to assist in extending the life of the carpet.
(9) We will give you shoe covers so that you may walk on the wet carpet if you need to.
(10) We will follow up in 48 hours to check on your satisfaction of the service provided.
