Pets & Livestock. Dogs For Adoption.

2 dogs - must go together

- Breed: german/austrailian shepherd
- Ages: 7
- Weight: 60
- Color: brown/black/white

Brother & Sister, 7yrs old, neutered & spayed. They have been raised together need to be together for the remainder of their lives. They are outside dogs and are happy with having a yard to play in, and protect. Yard would need to be fenced and provide shade (trees or other) in the summer. They are German Shepherd/Austrailian Shepherd mix. Max looks like a German and Lacy looks like an Aussie. They are about 60 lbs each and current on all their shots.
They are excellent watch dogs and will be your friends for life. Max and Lacy have never been around small children and don't do well around other dogs or cats.
Lacy likes splashing in the plastic pet pool and watching geckos in the yard. Max enjoys fetching the toy and will keep bringing it back as long as you keep throwing it. Max developed allergies a couple years ago, and are under control now that I had him tested to find out what he's allergic to. Mostly it was food allergies, which went away once I found a dog food that does not contain items he's allergic to. The food is easily found at the local pet store and cost the same. I have never fed either of them people food and they are happy with their dog food, treats, and toys.
It is unfortunate I need to move into and apartment mid-Oct and must find a new home for my 2 dogs. I've had them since they were hand-size and giving them up is a difficult thing for me to do. However, they require a yard and I will not be able to provide one anymore. I believe there is someone out there who can give them a good home. Adoption prospects will be screened, as I must be certain they will have a good home.
If you are interested in meeting Max and Lacy or have any questions, please email: woyilaz@yahoo.com or leave a message at 480-219-9965. Thanks.
