- Breed: Sun Conure - Ages: 1 Year Old
7/16/2009 Lost Bird: Snuggles, a 10 month old male Sun Conure, last seen on 215 Middle Street in Mill Hall (Clinton County) near the intersection of 220. A baby Sun Conure will be a mix of dark green, yellow and orange colors. Over a period of about 6-8 months, the darker green feathers will be molted out and replaced by brilliant yellow ones on the chest, head and back. Medium size, at about 12 inches in length from the beak to the end of the tail. Sun Conures also have black beaks and feet and characteristic white patches around each eye. ID band around leg. We had him outside in our backyard as we have many times before. His wings were clipped at purchase, but something startled him, and he flew off! He is extremely missed!
