If you want to pay a coders price, they are numerous, By all means, pay the charges they ask. They worked hard for their degrees. I don't believe in re-inventing the wheel. There are great programs out there that will give you what you need, straight out of the box, and I do not charge you for the thousands of dollars spent on developing these site engines and templates. It's totally free to you.  I just charge for my time in putting them up and stepping you through administering them yourself, saving you admin charges.

For the last 6 years, I have been the I.T. man in charge of building and maintaining the Company websites for a large construction company, now defunct. These were very important to the company image, and were quite successful.
