I want to get a dog for my 12 year old, and im trying to get what she wants she has told me she wants a small dog and i was wondering if anyone had a small teacup dog for under the price off $300. She wants a female but it doesnt matter as long as its a cute teacup puppy.She said she wants either a black or white dog....and this dog has to be 3-4 pounds full grown.We live in an apartment and this is why we need a small dog.We already have a small dog but that is the family dog she wants one of her own.So that means the dog has to be able to be around other dogs.I prefer a pomeranian over a chihuahua but which ever option comes first and i would like the size of the dog to be like the pomeranian in the picture!!!
