We are looking for a German Shepherd, papers don't matter. What we are hoping to find is a dog that can be a house dog 90% of the time and loves to ride in a truck, but won't break the chain on those occasions that he can't go with us. I'm able to take a dog with me to work so he needs to love people and children. A friend of ours calls what we are looking for a velcro dog (one that sticks with you)

We've lived in the country for 20 years about 4 miles out from Ludington Michigan on 7 acres. I'm diabetic and need to walk everyday so I'm hoping to find a dog that will take me for a walk. Our kids are grown, we've got a lot of room and a good home.

I know we are looking for a lot but when you consider the natural traits of the breed maybe the expectations aren't so high after all. If you need to find a home for your friend feel free to give me a call.
