About me
I am a 37 year old single mother of 4 but only my two youngest live at home still and they are a boy age 2 ½ and a girl age 12. My mother is my full time helper and she loves kids. We have small Shih Tzu dogs but they are in a enclosed area so they don’t roam the house. They are great dogs and have been raised around kids and we have never had a problem. We have a large back yard with tons of toys. No Pool. I am a great cook and I make most things from scratch. I serve hot meals including breakfast, lunch and dinners with snacks in between.
My Experience
I have done daycare for about 10 years but decided to move to Mississippi and see new things well that didn’t work out because I missed my family here in Arizona so I came back about two years ago and I have had little play groups for my son but I decided it’s time to go back to work. I am a medical assistant by trade but one of my children was abused at a daycare providers home and that’s all it took I decided that I will do whatever it takes to be home with my children. I know that is most parents desire but when you can’t be with your children it’s good to know the person who is taking care of them is showing them love and kindness. I have references available and I am sure once you meet me you will be secure in leaving your children when you have to.
Things we do during day
We do lots of things during the day but we don’t have a serious structure because it has been my experience that little ones need some flexibility. I purchased the program Your baby can read and it comes with videos, flash cards and books. So I will be starting that over the next few weeks. We playdoe, color, work on ABC’s and 123’s, read, sing and dance and just have a great time.
