Hi Everyone! My name is Renee. I’m a married, 34 year old mother of 2 boys who has just recently relocated to the Belleview, Florida area in the upper middle class neighborhood of the Hills of Tuscany.

I’ve been a registered nurse for many years and specialized in Obstetrics. Not only has my experience been in labor & delivery, nursery and mother/baby care but I’ve also taken care of critically ill newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit. I’ve worked in the past at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore and was part of an elite team of magnet recognized nurses.

Recently, I’ve been blessed enough to be able to stay at home with my children and realized that I really loved it a lot. I’d really like to provide your children with good, quality care, a safe & clean area and most of all a nurturing and loving environment.

When making the decision to watch children in my home, I decided that I wanted to provide to you, all the things that I searched so hard for when I was looking for daycare when my boys were little.

I want you to know that I am comfortable caring for children of all ages. Did you just have a baby and need to go back to work? Do you have a toddler, school-aged or special needs child? I’m willing and ready to help you any way I can. I’m available every day, weekends and for sleep overs and at any hour you need it.

We just bought a brand new, 2000 sq. ft. home with plenty of space for your children to be comfortable in. Like I mentioned before, this is a nice, upper middle class area where you can know your child will be safe. I did want to mention that we are a pet friendly family. We have a small pug and a couple cats-all of which are great with kids. They do their own thing and will not bother your child. I assure you that there will not be any problems unless your child has allergies.

Unless otherwise specified by you, I will provide nutritious meals and healthy snacks (with the occasional treat) of course for your child. I'm a firm believer in schedules. Although this is not a school, we will have age appropriate educational and fun learning activities, nap and mealtimes all at specific times of the day so that your child can feel secure. Your child will love coming here and I hope that I can develop a great relationship with you as well. Since I'm going to be a part of your child's life, I want you to be a part of mine.

Some important little things you might not think about when looking for daycare.....What happens if my child soils their clothes? No worries...I won't be handing you a bag of urine-soaked, muddy clothes that's been sitting there for hours. Anything that gets dirty, will be washed by me. What if I got up late this morning and didn't have time to dress my child? No problem, I will freshen up or bathe your child, depending on your routine, dress them and have them ready for the day. Even if it's a sleepover, I can bathe them for you. What if my child gets hurt? No fear...I react extremely well under pressure and can calmly handle situations that require some sort of medical attention that's within my scope of practice. I charge by the day and not by the week so you don’t have to worry about paying on the days your children don’t come over. Rates will be between $20 and $25 per day depending on the situation and amount of time spent per day at my home. (Please keep in mind the quality of care, my qualifications and experiences, the supply of meals and snacks, the love and nurturing, the activities and my range of flexibility in the times your child comes over.) In trying to keep things organized, payments will be at the end of every week or every two weeks depending on your pay schedule and preferrably in cash. Since I will be home all the time, my access to banks is limited, it just makes things easier. I will provide you with detailed receipts for your records and if this doesn't work for you, we can certainly talk about this and come up with a solution that suits everyone.
