We are looking for one more roommate to live in our very large home which has incredible city and vineyard views in Jacksonville. One-half mile from the Britt grounds and 1/4 mile from grocery store. A quiet neighborhood, with a thoughtful older group around. Are you looking for a dramaless, smokeless environment? We are professional, working, considerate, and respectful of each others things and space. Please respond with a little bit about yourself and we will do the same.

The room is oversize with it's own views, shared bath, kitchen and laundry privileges. The $500 per month includes utilities including wireless internet. We are very accommodating and ask that you are the same and in return will provide a safe and dramaless environment.
