A water heater, electric water pump, It has electric receptacles outside with a porch light, awning. Fresh water storage tank 20 gal or water hook-up. Quick connect LPG with 2 LPG bottle, spare tire and cover, big storage trunk on front, lots of storage room inside. King and queen beds on end, Dinette that makes into a twin, can sleep 5 very comfortable. There are 2 bunk lights, 3 night light, and 4 stabilizer jacks, port-a-potty and hydraulic surge brake. A battery for remote camping can run water pump, heater, fridge and lights. Weighs less then 2,000lbs can be towed with most minivans. It is in very nice condition. Serviced 2x/yr every year at Jayco manufacturers. Couldn't ask for more in a pop up.
