Sherrill sofa for sale $700.00. Non smoker home w/no pets. This sofa has rarely been used. It sits in our family room that our one-child family does not really even go into. We are trying to condense some of our things to fit our demand. So it needs to find a new wonderful owner. This lovely FINE FURNITURE sofa retails for over $3000.00. Sherrill is well known for its fine hand craftsmanship and custom material. We purchased this sofa NEW from a fine furniture store only a few years ago; it has not been with any other family. And we have only sat on it a few times during family occasions. (Seats 4 adults)

This is a reduced price from original listing for $1000.00. I really need to find a new home for this sofa. And it is a VERY nice piece of furniture. However, I understand that times are tough right now so I have reduced the price to $700.00 but that is the best offer I can give considering what I paid for it a few years ago, it is really a great deal.
