Hello I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment looking for someone to rent out the other room. A little about the place…. It’s on a small court off of Creekside Drive at Creekside Glen Apartments which is right off the freeway and close to downtown walnut creek shopping and restaurants! The unit is very spacious for only being a 2 bedroom 1 bath! The complex has a nice swimming pool and area to lounge to get a tan, bbq pits, lots of grassy patches to have a picnic, huge laundry facility, and a small fitness center!

A little about myself and what I’m looking for as a roommate….. I’m 23 (24 next month) female graduate of St. Mary’s College in Moraga and now work full-time at an insurance company. I do have a small dog (Maltipoo) that is potty trained and even has his own doggie door to the patio/small backyard. So must be able to get along with dogs he’s very lovable! I don’t really “party” much. On occasion I have a few friends over to kick back with on the weekends. I’m looking for someone who also works fulltime or who is financially responsible. I dont need my roommate to be a best friend but it would be nice to catch up and have someone to talk to when we’re both at home, not a stranger that never talks haha. I’d prefer a female around the same age but I am open to all possibilities and someone who is respectful (noise late at night, clean up after yourself, etc). I’m not a clean freak but I would like to keep the place somewhat picked up.

So the rent would be $585 per month with a $300 security deposit. Plus all utilities we would share (water, garbage, electric, gas) it averages about 90 dollars a month total so around 45ish dollars. Also right now I have fast internet with at&t and basic phone to have the internet and that runs about $45 with taxes that we would also split. I am open to having cable my last roommate had it and we split it but I don’t currently have it now. The place is available NOW!

Ideally I would like someone to sign onto the lease with me (lease ends april 30th) but we could always work out something as well.
