My current roommate is looking for an apartment in Orlando. The room should is available August 1.

The house is furnished with the exception of the spare bedroom, a.k.a. your room, so the place is really ideal for the traveling professional or for someone without an abundance of furniture.

The bathroom is a guest bathroom so it would be yours the majority of the time, unless I have guests over.

I’m looking for a female roommate for a period of one year to a year and a half, though I would consider a month-to-month lease.

The house is close to Rt. 54 and I-75. The Shops at Wiregrass are about 20 minutes away and USF is about 30 minutes away.

The neighborhood is safe; while not gated, there are several police officers who live in the development.

Preferably, I’d like to find someone who works a similar work schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm.

I’m organized, and tidy though I don’t consider myself a clean freak. Truth be told, I hate dusting, and will put it off until it is painfully obvious that it needs to be done. I like everything in its proper place, and prefer that the dirty dishes go directly into the dishwasher instead of the sink.

I also tend to be quiet during the week. I usually work out 4x per week, and go out on the weekends. I’m a social drinker but I will occasionally have a few drinks at home.

$475 includes all utilities, except cable, but Verizon Fios is included. $200 deposit required. Renter must complete application and sign lease agreement.

No smokers or pets please.
