The training will be held at the Amtrak Building located at: 918 Railroad Ave., Tallahassee, FL, 32310. The first day of training will be July 10, 2009, from 9-3:30 pm and the FDA Food Code and Florida Statutes will be covered and July 11, 2009 from 9-12 pm the Certified Professional Food Manager Examination will be administered through Prometric testing services.

If you are interested in the Certified Professional Food Manager course and or exam the cost will be $200.00 per person for both days (July 10-11) or $50.00 per person for the examination only (July 11). I do offer group rates, three or more individuals, at a savings of $50.00 per person if registering for both days of the course or $5.00 per person if registering for the examination only. The above dates may not be conducive to your schedule, but I am available for private training and examination and other classes will be scheduled in the future.

I also offer a wide range of services that will help you abide by the laws that regulate food. With over twelve year’s experience, I want to offer you:

• Certified Food Manager training and examination through the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals;
• Certified Food Manager training and examination through Prometric;
• In-service training to managers and staff;
• Internal risk-based audits/inspections;­
• Initial and renewal licensing assistance;
• Change of ownership licensing assistance;
• Assistance preparing variance packages;
• Hot dog cart and mobile food dispensing vehicle variances; and
• Customized services at the owner’s request.
