Kolcraft, tiny steps 2-1 Walker mini maestro. Unfortunately, we do not have the seat (was damaged during move), but it is still very usable. We placed our granddaughter in the center and she would hold on to the steering wheel or the sides and she would just start walking everywhere. She loved it because she had more freedom to move around, versus just sitting down.

It has sounds, music, the top part is removable and it converts to a snack tray. It is in very good condition. Reduced to $8.00. Sanford area, off of 17-92, near zoo.
