THICK Siding! , floor joists spaced 16" on center not 2 ft makes a much stronger floor with 3\4" plywood. Everything
underneath is prime, pressure treated lumber built on 2 4x4 skids. 2x6 heavy duty roof rafters with 5\8" OSB or plywood for
the roof, any color 30 or 40yr. shingles you choose, metal hurricane clips, rafter clips, ect.. premium model shed prices include
1 ( or 2 ) double doors typically 5ft wide, and 1 large or medium sized windows. All sheds are built to or beyond code.

I have never had a dissatisfied customer and will work with anyone to build you what you want, not what someone wants
to sell you. I've found that I am the cheapest when it comes to prices, usually thousands cheaper than dealerships and my premium sheds rival or
are better than their best and most expensive models: 8x12 - $1700 , 10x12 - $1900 ,
10x16 - $2300 , 12x16 - $2500 , 12x20 - $2900 , 12x24 - $3300.

Building time usually takes around 6-12 days from start to time of delivery.
Pictures below are of two 12x24 sheds, one 8x12 and one 12x16 shed. We also install lofts, workbenches, ramps and different
rollup\ aluminum or people doors, metal style roofs, paint, ect... or any other variation of what you want in your shed. THERE IS NO COST FOR LABOR ON ALL OPTIONS!
Doors can be in any location as well as windows. If you do not like a certain thing on these pictures then it can be changed for your shed.
