I use real butter cream frosting, homemade whip cream, gnash, cream cheese frosting, glazes and truly anything needed to make the pallet complete. My cupcakes and cakes come in a range of about 15 to 20 standard combinations and you are always welcome to "customize" your own.
If you have an event and you are not sure what your flavor or style of cake or cupcake you want or need give me call and we can discuss your event and design a plan. I do holidays and events as well and all your special occasions. Nothing is too small.
