Hello, I am looking to adopt a small breed puppy for my wife. She would prefer a cocker spaniel but any little pup will do as long as he is small and in good health. We are receiving disability because I have Cerebral Palsy. We are on a tight budget right now and can't afford a large adoption fee. We can promise to give the animal a good home and keep them current on shots etc. Also, this dog will be an indoor dog as well. we do have 2 small children but they are both love animals .
